Driven by the friction and extrusion of the roller surface, the material moves to the discharge gap between the latter two rollers, and the gap is gradually reduced to generate stronger shear force.

The three rollers run with different rotating directions and speed differences, forming continuous and high-intensity shear force on the material, which fully grinds the agglomerated particles and realizes uniform dispersion of the material.

The processed material is scraped off from the surface of the high-speed roller by the scraper, and the finished slurry with uniform particle size is obtained.
